Practising medicine and managing a private practice are different responsibilities. Our three-month advisory programme starts with how your practice actually works—not a predefined set of tools.
Month 1 — Mapping your practice
We explore your goals, appointment capacity, organisation and patient journey, using available aggregated operational information. We also identify strengths worth preserving.
Day 30: an initial management overview and a focused plan for the next stage.
Month 2 — Detailed review
We verify initial findings and examine relevant processes such as appointments, cancellations, administrative workload, information for patients and management decisions, within an agreed scope.
Day 60: a documented assessment with prioritised opportunities for improvement.
Month 3 — An actionable development plan
We turn findings into a practical roadmap, indicating recommended actions, order, dependencies, estimated resources and suggested measures of progress.
Day 90: an executive summary and a detailed, prioritised development plan.
Focused conversations. Evidence-based tests.
We use structured questionnaires and aggregated practice data wherever appropriate. We request direct discussions where leadership decisions or conflicting evidence make them necessary.
What is outside the programme?
The three months cover the assessment and plan, not unlimited delivery or automatic implementation. Further implementation can be agreed separately. We do not assess clinical competence or make medical decisions.
A patient is not a lead. A person comes first.
Any proposed improvement must respect patient autonomy, safety and the quality of information. Our default approach does not require patient records or clinical files.
